Mixed-Age Classes

Mixed-Age (0-5 with adult)

Mixed age classes are the heart of Music Together®. Children birth through five years old, along with parents, grandparents and/or caregivers, come together to create a musical community. Each child has the opportunity to be where they are in their own development. Adults, regardless of musical ability, can help create an environment that helps children achieve basic music competence. Children of mixed ages participate at their own level by singing, moving, chanting, listening and exploring with musical instruments.

Babies Class (0-8 mos.)

Music Together Babies brings first time parents and caregivers together with their little ones (birth– 8 months) for playful, no-pressure music-making. Through simple songs, rhythm play, and movement, babies soak up the building blocks of musical development while families create easy, joyful routines they can carry home.

Rhythm Kids®

Music Together Rhythm Kids® is designed for school-age children (roughly ages 4-6) who are ready for a more independent (drop-off class), in-depth music experience. Through drumming, movement, vocal exploration, and ensemble play, kids build real musical skills — rhythm, pitch, and confidence — while having a blast with their peers. It's the next step after our mixed-age family classes, giving kids room to shine on their own.
